2. Membership & Refund Policy

At Easy Parenting Hub, we are committed to offering a meaningful and supportive experience to every parent who joins us. We want you to feel confident and comfortable while transacting with us.

Because our programs, memberships, and digital resources are made available immediately upon purchase, we follow a structured refund policy as outlined below.

Applicability

  • This refund policy is applicable from the date of purchase.
  • This policy does not apply to day-specific or event-based programs

Refund Policy for Memberships

Refund eligibility depends on when the refund email is sent to [email protected]. Please note that refunds will be considered only if an email is sent to [email protected]. No refund requests would be entertained if the request is made via whatsapp or call or any other mode of communication. 

Here are the timelines and conditions for a refund:

  • Within 24 hours of payment
    100% refund will be issued.
  • Between 1 to 7 days of payment
    → Refund will be issued after deducting 5% of the paid amount as Refund Processing Charges
  • After 7 days of payment
    No refund will be provided.

* Refund Processing Charges cover payment gateway fees and administrative costs.

** Refunds will be considered only in case of medical emergencies, and only with a valid and recent medical certificate.
No refunds will be issued for any other reason even within 7 days of payment.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund or for any clarification, please write to:

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
  • Once a refund is processed, your access to:
    • The program
    • Bonuses
    • Community groups
    • Recordings and resources

will be immediately revoked.
